How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £4.00 for all products which are Love Unique Boutique these are picked and packed by our team here in our warehouse.
We also offer a faster delivery options.
We have given the chance for small businesses to join us here at Love Unique Boutique all our workshops offer Free UK delivery on their products – You will see a Grey box to the right of the products stating which ones are Free
What are your delivery times?
Love Unique Boutique Products:
Our delivery time is 2-3 working days for standard delivery (£4)
Please note this excludes Pre order items and our Vendor items.
Workshop & Vendors:
Delivery can take anywhere from 3-14 working days most of the year however times can extend to 10-21 working days at peak times eg. Christmas/Mother’s Day etc. Please refer to the Grey Delivery option box to the right of the products. This will give exact delivery times & you will be notified via Email once your order has been dispatched. *Please note: Working days do not include weekends.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Any changes to your order must be stated asap from when placing your order (as this may have gone into production or shipped). Please check your confirmation email to ensure all grammar & spellings are correct. If they are not, simply reply to that email firstname.lastname@example.org with any amendments you wish to make and we will do our best.
As long as your order is not in production or is shipped we can cancel your order for Love Unique Home items. We can not cancel any pre-ordered items as they are ordered in specifically for you.
Can I track my order?
You will be able to Track your order from Love Unique Boutique, when the order is shipped you will get an email confirmation and a tracking number. This will either be Royal Mail or DPD.
Where is my item?
Please note all delivery times are on the product when ordering. Due to the nature of the items we sell, they can take time as some are hand made to order & personalised to each customer. Please allow the maximum amount of delivery times stated before contacting us for order updates. All order status updates will be emailed to you & you will be notified via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How will I know when my item has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation Email as soon as your items have been dispatched. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items they may be from different workshops & can arrive separately.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your scheduled delivery the courier should leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card. You will then be able to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office. We use a range of couriers so these options may vary. If a re-delivery or collection is not arranged then your item will be sent back to the workshop, usually after 1 week. We reserve the right to charge you for a re-delivery.

Where do you deliver to?
We offer delivery worldwide!
Worldwide delivery is a standard shipping cost at checkout however we may request more, depending on the weight of the order. We will be in touch once the order has been made and picked. You can then decide if you wish to continue with any additional costs.
What form of payments do you accept?
Love Unique Boutique currently accepts the following methods of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone.
Can I return my item?
Yes, we accept returns on items which are not handmade or personalised, Your order must be returned within 14 days of your dispatch email. Your order must be in the same condition it was dispatched in. We do not cover the returns on unwanted gifts.
If your order arrives damaged we will replace if possible or refund as long as a photo is provided.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalised products all the workshops & vendor items are non-refundable. If the item has arrived damaged or incorrect then we will replace the item as long as we are at fault. Any damages/errors must be reported within 5 working days of the item being dispatched. Please send us an email including a picture of the fault to email@example.com

Can I use discount code on sale items?
No, we are sorry to say we can not offer further discount on sale items 🙁
My Item is now on sale, can i be refunded the difference?
Unfortunately no, We run offers and discounts randomly however if you are within your 14 days return terms you can return your item if you wish to no longer keep it.
Love Unique Boutique, will not cover the returns postage on unwanted gifts you will be refunded for your returns items minus £2.99 and your original postage.
Can I Return My Sale Item?
Sale items are non returnable unless faulty or damage. We run offers and discounts throughout the year and an item may be discounted further during our clearance sales and we can not honor the difference,

I Forgot to use a discount code, can you apply it after I order?
If you forget to use a discount code we are sorry we can not honor the code against your order.

I ordered an item from your damaged stock live videos can i return it?
I am sorry, due to the heavy discount on our live Facebook stock you can not return your item.
These items are discounted because we are unable to sell them at full price, you are buying these items under the understanding that they are damaged.
