Dispatching Updates

Thank you if you have placed an order with us, we really appreciate your support. We are currently on time however if it is delayed at all please allow an extra one working day before contacting us this is due to staff shortages and possible delays with Royal Mail.

On your completed/dispatched email should have tracking so you can track your order.

You confirm you are happy with our dispatching times at checkout and we have provided a breakdown on your invoice on estimated dispatched times to help with any updates you need.

If there are particular delays on products or back ordered items we will list these below when we have an ETA. We will be updating this daily so there are more hands on picking and packing your orders than replying to messages. Hope you understand & thank you for your support.

Coronavirus update: our couriers are keeping the UK connected. Despite best efforts, some services may be disrupted.

We can not be held responsible for courier delays we will dispatch within our times and methods stated.

 

 

Backordered/Pre-order items estimated arrive date:
(It will say if your items are back ordered or pre-ordered on you invoice – this is usually no longer than 7-10 working days however please check this and if it is not listed below please contact us. Please remember pre-order and back ordered items you can not cancel and they are not refundable as they are ordered in specifically for you.

Please allow up to a week for us to dispatch pre-ordered/back ordered items once they arrive in the warehouse.

Please remember the times on your order/invoice are DISPATCH WORKING days. (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email with tracking and will be sent via DPD next day or 48 HOUR Royal Mail depending on the item and selected delivery.
