Returns – (Love Unique Home & Gifts)
Returns have never been easier at Love Unique Home & Gifts! We accept returns on all Love Unique Home unwanted gifts only (excluding pre-order & personalised items), however we do include as much detail, including sizes on our website. But if you do not wish to keep you order you please follow these simple and easy stages!
1. Notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before returning.
Once we have heard from you we will issue you with a returns label.
2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package along with the sticky label that came with your order indisde. This has your order details on. Please put a brief note with the reason why you are returning on it.
3. Return your package via the Post Office, get a receipt if you wish for proof of postage.
Please note: The return of an unwanted gift cost £2.99. We will also not refund the original postage for orders on unwanted items.
PREORDER/BACK ORDER ITEMS: Due to the nature of pre-order items, we order these in specifically for you so we can not cancel and refund these ordered. Please be confident prior to ordering.
PERSONALISED ITEMS: Unfortuantely any items that have been personalised such as engraving on the gift box, these can not be returned due to them being personalised and made to order. If there is an issue with the personalisation please contact us.
LARGER ITEMS: If you would like to return an unwanted gift that is a larger item such as the Weekly Menu Board, Tables, Chairs etc this will be a cost of £7.50. We will arrange the collection from the address the item is at. Please notify us before hand so this can be arranged.
SALE Items – Non Refundable
Please note that sale items are non returnable unless they are damaged or faulty. If a sale item is returned strictly within the 14 day time frame, an individual coupon will be provided for you to use on our website. A refund will not be issued for you under any circumstances. You will have 6 months to use your provided coupon code.
Please note that we regularly go live on our Facebook page (Love Unique Home & Gifts) with stock that will be heavily discounted in the sale due to it being faulty or damaged. If you place an order for one of these items, these are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable as you are paying for this individual item with its own faults. If you return one of these items, you will not receive a refund.
Please do not send a return to us without notifying us first, this is because we want to ensure we refund the correct customer with the correct amount of money.
Your order must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was dispatched in if an item seems used or unfit for re-sale we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
You will receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, minus the originally delivery charge & returns fee.
Love Unique Home & Gifts do not cover neither the original cost, or returns cost of an unwanted order.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS – If an item is returned outside of these terms, we do have the right to not issue a refund.
Returns, Damaged & Faulty Items – (Love Unique Home & Gifts)
We are very sorry if your order does arrive damaged or faulty, we do try very hard to ensure all parcels are packed with attention and care and sometimes the delivery companies may have a hiccup during transit.
If your order does arrive damaged or is incorrect please let us know via our support page. We are here to help and want to ensure we resolve this for you as quickly as we can.
Please report any damage to us within 5 days from receiving the parcel so we can ensure it is resolved properly. We will not be able to assist with any issues or damaged reported past this time frame.
Love Unique will cover the costs of postage on faulty or damaged orders.
Returns, Damaged & Faulty Items – (Vendors & Workshops)
You will be able to see on your invoice if your item/s are from another workshop and not ‘Love Unique Home’. These items we do not accept returns. They are from a third party workshop and lots of them are personalised and made to order. If the item is faulty, we are happy to replace these only or discuss a discount depending on the item and fault. If you are unsure if the item you have receive can not be returned please just contact us through the support page and we will assist you.
Please do not return workshop items to us.The workshop items come from different warehouses and you must not use the free returns label above otherwise we will need to charge for this.
All incorrect/damaged orders must be reported within 7 day of receiving, we will then ensure that your order is corrected and replaced if damaged.
